It all started with the love for great coffee and the idea of bringing Vienna's unique coffee history to the world. The ideal place for this? Vienna's airport. In the summer of 2022, we opened our Bieder & Maier Café at Terminal 3 to delight travelers from all countries with the finest Viennese coffee specialties in a particularly beautiful ambience.
We brewed countless cups of coffee, served tons of delicacies, handed out to-go cups, kept tired passengers awake and cheered up frequent flyers. But what really blew us away: Just one year later, in September 2023, our Bieder & Maier Café won the 'FAB Airport Coffee of the Year' award in Bangkok, which honored us as the best airport café worldwide!
